Astrology and Herbalism

 My relationship with herbalism has been long and constantly evolving.

I was first introduced to astroherbalism through a book, but at the time it felt more like an idea than something I fully understood. It wasn’t until later, through actually working with plants, that it started to make sense in a real way.

The connection didn’t come from trying to force the two together. It unfolded on its own. The more time I spent with plants, the more obvious it became that their qualities aren’t separate from larger patterns.

Astrology isn’t something added on top. It’s already there, moving through everything.

I do pay attention to timing when I can — planetary rulership, the day, the moon — but not in a rigid or perfect way.

It’s not necessary, and it doesn’t have to be exact. But I’ve found it to be one of the most aligned ways to work with plants.
